GIFEx

GIFEx - viewer, editor and converter of icons in GIF, ICO and BMP formats. It allows editing both single images and animated sequences (frame by frame). It supports mutual conversion of all three formats between each other (gif2ico, gif2bmp, ico2gif, ico2bmp, bmp2ico, bmp2gif).

Features:

• display GIF, ICO and BMP files in 40x40 or 32x32 size (with the option to auto-complete the border)
• in case of an animated GIF file, display the animation in the preview panel
• display the image (of the selected frame in the animation) in at least 8x magnification in the edit panel
• edit the image using a range of tools
• insert new frames into an animation, delete existing frames, move a frame to a different location in the animation, set the animation speed
