"As Galeria is a complement to Giftab, it is necessary to get familiar with Giftab first.

The Giftab program will go through its current directory, look for files there with a .jpg extension (usually photos) and create an index.html file with references to those files (images). My other program Diarama works similarly if not better.

When you have multiple such photo directories, you need some sort of menu where you can easily select what you want to show your friends without having to keep typing the URL of the photo directory into your web browser.

The Gallery program allows you to generate menus with references to index files in all subdirectories of the current directory.

The new version also includes support for PHP and ASP pages.

A bug has been fixed when the program was restarted that was destroying your edits in the index file."
