Free Port Explorer

Free Port Explorer is a simple network tool that helps you keep track of all open ports on your computer. There is a single window in the user-friendly desktop that is in charge of monitoring all ports or just TCP, UDP, remote or listening ports. The data includes ID, protocol, local/remote address and port number. Among other things, it is also possible to export the obtained data to a CSV file. A command line or notepad can be directly launched from the application environment.
