ForceDelete

ForceDelete is a handy, free Windows tool that unlocks and deletes files or folders that are used by other processes and cannot be removed normally. Both GUI mode and batch command line mode are available. You can also use the program via context menu shortcuts.

It can also shred files and permanently delete files and folders.

ForceDelete allows users to delete locked files and folders without terminating processes.
