FontBase

FontBase is a new generation font manager. With this tool you can easily add fonts and activate/deactivate them when you actually need to use them. The fonts remain deactivated at all times and no resources are used on your system. You can also use FontBase's auto-activation feature so that if a font is missing from your draft document, it will be automatically activated. Activation is an efficient way to manage fonts and use them only when needed, without wasting system resources.

All fonts are added to FontBase in an inactive state. To activate a font, you must click on the circle to the left of the font name. Most applications (Photoshop, Sketch, etc.) should immediately recognize the activation and display the newly activated fonts in the font list as soon as they are activated.

Fonts in FontBase are active as long as FontBase is open. When you close the application, all fonts are deactivated: this way you can easily deactivate all fonts you have used while working. The next time you start FontBase, all fonts that were active before you closed the application will be reactivated and you can start using them again. The tool also supports adjusting the color, background, text alignment, and font size and line height. Quick one-click font search, even in the largest libraries with thousands of files, saves a lot of time.
