FolderWatch monitors specified directories such as Documents etc. and creates a backup copy if it detects a change. FolderWatch does not restrict you from working at all, but ensures that backup copies are available if needed. The program runs in the background - it starts at Windows startup. It can also filter out unimportant files that are not included in the backup. For example, to back up Word documents, just set the program to back up files with a .doc extension.
