Flagfox

Flagfox is an extension that displays icons (flags). These show the current location of the servers. The information about which servers you are connecting to adds another dimension to your web browsing and can be useful in determining local languages and the legal framework that may apply to a site. Server location details can be obtained using a number of external search engines, and custom actions can also be added. All actions can be added to the context menu on the flag icon for quick launching, shortcuts can be set up, keyboard shortcuts or on mouse click.

Clicking on the flag icon will launch the Geotool action, which will display a detailed map showing the city where the server is located and many other useful information such as local time or ISP. And many other actions such as:

• Security check (test for viruses, malware, etc.)
• Search for similar sites
• Translating the site into your language
• SEO and web development tools
• Ping, Traceroute...
• Whois database and DNS information
• Page code validation
• Quick URL shortening
• Copying server IP addresses to the clipboard
• and of course you can create your own action!!!
