filtered

filtered is written in Java. It uses Apache Batik SVG for rendering. Filtered is designed for visual editing of SVG filters, and does not provide general vector drawing capabilities. It is intended to be used as a companion for vector file editing, for better control over SVG filter creation and editing. filtered can be used to create all kinds of visual filters, from simple shadows and glows to complex synthetic texture creation.
