Farpr

The program is visually and functionally divided into five basic parts:

• Recording of Meetings - here it is possible to record meetings both at the church headquarters and at preaching stations or other locations. Congregations are broken down by type of congregation. For assemblies, a basic description can be given, including songs sung, Bible passages used, participation and amount of collections and their purpose. This information can be compiled into reports by the program. A large number of print reports can be generated.
• Card Catalog - The basic point of this part of the program is the registration of the members of the congregation. Due to user requirements, it is possible to record also persons outside the congregation with a clear distinction between members and non-members of the congregation. Each person in the card catalogue is assigned to a household, has his/her relationship to the head of the family, his/her personal data and other data. The card catalogue is also a point of contact with the accounting programme Kytička. In the accounting system, receipts can be made anonymously (accounting is a donation) and amounts received by name can then be assigned to Farpr. In the end, this means that a receipt from a specific person is entered in the accounting program with a variable symbol and the amount is transferred to that person's card in the FARPR card file. Printing reports include lists of corps members, addresses, telephone directory, voting and signature sheets, and more, and printing of envelopes and labels. One good tool for printing addresses (on envelopes, labels, and letters) may be to use the bulk mailing in WORD. There is a special address export format for this tool. Upon request, we can provide a demonstration Word document with a detailed procedure for handling the export from FARPR.
• Collection of Sermons - contains a list of sermons published in the "Collection of Sermons" since 1950. It is used to quickly and conveniently locate sermons for readings for worship services. The collection is searchable by all tracked data, including sermon authors. The collection can be added to as collections are published. Sunday titles for the entire year can also be set in this section. This way they will also be available when taking collections.
• Mail - Allows you to keep track of incoming correspondence. Also keep track of whether it should have been and has been answered. It is possible to write letters and select addressees from both the filing cabinet and organizations, letters can be printed.
• Directory - Serves as a preacher's directory with detailed information or a list of contacts for the congregation.
