Faktura v Excelu

Invoice is a simple FREE invoice generator created in Excel. Easy and fast invoice creation including printing or saving to PDF and saving the issued invoice to a separate sheet for filing. The program itself watches for duplicate invoice numbering and adds due dates according to the set number of days. Invoice items with amounts are filled in and saved in a separate sheet. This facilitates the creation of recurring invoices. Especially suitable for invoicing services. Includes a form for both VAT payers and non-tax payers. Must be enabled after running the macro to function properly.

Extended versions of the program are available in the e-shop at www.kadeckovi.cz, which can:

• invoice up to 15 or up to 30 items
• edit (items, prices, etc.) and backload entire invoices already issued
• assign (and freely edit) units of measure to invoiced items
• edit a note in the invoice - option to enable VS generation from invoice number - switching and editing the options of the form of payment (transfer, cash).
