Eye strain destroys your eyes. Eye strain is caused by inadequate monitor brightness settings during the day and night. With the EyeSavers Windows app, you can change the monitor brightness settings manually, or if you have a sensor, the brightness will automatically change according to the ambient light intensity and your settings will effectively relieve eye strain.

EyeSavior changes the actual monitor settings (brightness) via DDC/CI - all modern monitors offer this capability.
