ExtraBits

ExtraBits is an extension to File Explorer (Windows Explorer) that adds a number of time-saving commands to the context menu that appears when you right-click on a selected file or folder.

Features:

• copies the names of selected files or folders to the Windows clipboard
• creates a dialog that allows you to set what file attributes will be copied, such as file size and last modified date. It also allows you to format the text generated by adding a new line, spaces and additional text.
• renames the file or folder with the text on the clipboard
• renames many files or folders at once
• moves all files and subfolders out of the selected folder and then deletes the folder
• scans the selected folder and removes empty subfolders
• allows you to configure which ExtraBits commands to display and which not to display
