ExtPassword!

ExtPassword! is a Windows utility that allows you to recover passwords stored on an external drive connected to your computer.
ExtPassword! can decrypt and extract various types of passwords and basic information, including common web browser passwords, email software passwords, dial-up/VPN passwords, wireless network keys, Windows network credentials, Windows product key, Windows security questions.

This tool can be useful if you have a Windows hard drive that can no longer be started, but most of the files on that hard drive are still accessible and you need to extract your passwords from it.
