The program is designed for keeping records of fixed assets, land and small assets. It works in monthly cycles. It determines the amount of monthly depreciation and accounts for changes and depreciation. For a monthly period, it captures changes in the status of assets i.e. acquisition, disposal, or technical appreciation of assets, including logs. Prints reports with the status of assets, reconciliation of accounting and tax depreciation, various statistics, asset cards and makes postings to the accounting records. Produces data file for accounting program.
