Evidence 2000

The system consists of a control unit (data concentrator) and a network of slave terminals. Alternatively, it is also possible to use terminals directly connected via Ethernet, which are self-contained and do not need an external control unit. The control unit can be connected to a computer via Ethernet (or RS 232 interface). The Evidence 2000 control application is installed on the computer and communicates with the control unit or the separate terminals via a unified data interface provided by the Hardware Server application. The system can contain up to 64 control units and these can be connected via Ethernet to create a network with a large architecture controlled by a single application. The terminals connected to the control unit are used to record attendance, access, control copiers, record vehicles in the parking lot. The system of control units and terminals is separately backed up and thus becomes independent of the SW control application. In case of a failure of communication between the computer and the control application, the data is stored in the control unit or a separate terminal and then transferred to the database after the application is started.
