EVI - will enable all companies and entrepreneurs, whether they are in the role of originator, beneficiary or consulting firm, to easily meet all registration and reporting obligations required by law.

All statements and reports can be generated electronically (Ministry of Environment Data Standard). You can therefore communicate with the authorities fully electronically.

According to Act No. 185/2001 Coll., every company or entrepreneur is obliged to keep a continuous record of waste and, when the limit of 100 tonnes of other waste or 100 kg of hazardous waste per year is reached, to submit a report on waste production and waste management to the municipalities with extended competence (hereinafter referred to as ORP) via the ISPOP system. For authorised persons this obligation applies without limitation. Similar waste reports are also selectively required by the Czech Statistical Office.

What does the programme contain?
Possibility of keeping a continuous record of waste at each generation, disposal or transfer of waste, automatic generation of reports on production and waste management, ODP report 5-01 for the Czech Statistical Office. All statements and reports can be generated electronically (Ministry of Environment Data Standard). You can thus communicate with the authorities fully electronically. The program also includes hazardous waste transport notification (registration) sheets, ADR transport documents (bills of lading), facility operation reports, scrap metal takeover reports, quarterly separation and sorting reports for the authorised company EKO-KOM a.s., hazardous waste identification sheets, waste catalogue, waste management codes, ZÚJ codes and all other necessary codes.
