Emoticons Mail is a background running utility that allows you to insert emoticons into email messages in MS Outlook and MS Outlook Express.

If you don't like to send bland and uninteresting emails, then Emoticons Mail is the right tool to refresh them.

All emoticons are small GIF files and the program offers up to 800 of them. The whole collection is divided into categories and finding the right image is really easy.
