EasyReport

OptimAccess EasyReport is the freeware version of the OptimAccess Computer Audit module, which is part of the OptimAccess Desktop Management System.

OptimAccess EasyReport is a powerful tool for checking the status of software, computer hardware and the number of installed licenses of selected software in an organization. The advantage is the transparency of the solution and the possibility to get information about the current status at any time. OptimAccess EasyReport can be run from a hard, removable, USB or network drive and the resulting report can be saved to an RTF file or printed directly. OptimAccess EasyReport includes all software packages to recognize installed software as a commercial OptimAccess Computer Audit.

Freeware OptimAccess EasyReport is an important tool for personnel taking care of licensing terms of acquired software, hardware equipment and optimization of the organization's computers. The method of conducting software and hardware audits is certified and complies with the rules, principles and method of securing the control of the use of computer programs according to Government Resolution No. 624.
