DS Komunikátor

DS Communicator is a program that is used for convenient and comfortable work with data mailboxes. The work is similar to Outlook Express. You can set up user profiles, which are accessible by name and password, and in each profile an unlimited number of data mailbox users. You can then use the communicator to create and send a new data message, download received data messages, search your mailbox and use many other features.

FREE version
Fully replaces the web interface of data mailboxes. However, the work is more pleasant and in addition, messages are archived on your computer (in the DS system, a message lasts only 90 days after it is read). Communication takes place in a more secure mode than via a web browser. The program will also alert you when your data box password is about to expire. In this version, the user is not entitled to consulting to the program (can be purchased for 500,- CZK/year).

STANDARD version
It also offers saving the message in ZFO format, which contains all the security data of the message (signature and time stamp) and it is possible to open this format in the 602 Filler program (possibility of printing the envelope and other functions). You can set up user profiles with access rights so that other users only have access to the allowed functions (e.g. they cannot send, receive messages, etc.) and only see the allowed messages. This version allows you to work with multiple mailboxes at the same time without having to log out and log in to each one. There is also a To Send folder where a user who does not have send permissions can prepare messages to be sent by a user with higher permissions. You can link this version to other programs and send documents directly from them (e.g. electronic invoice, reports to health insurance companies, etc.). The program allows you to conveniently change your password directly from the menu.

PROFI version
It allows you to create user subfolders in the received and sent messages and thus sort the incoming and sent messages. Furthermore, it is possible to mark a message to be visible in given profiles - thus a superior user can make a message available only to some subordinate users. This way, a subordinate user can only access messages that are intended for him. The version includes a dashboard that shows unread or important messages from all mailboxes and allows you to set up automatic download of all new messages at a set time.
