DRS Gmail Backup Tool lets you back up your Gmail, Google Calendar, contacts, photos and Google Drive in one place. The saved data can be exported to different formats or directly to other email services.

Emails can be exported to PST, OST, MBOX, EML, EMLX, MSG, CSV, HTML, MHTML, PDF, TXT, DOC, DOCX, DOCM, PNG, TIFF, JPG, GIF and JSON formats.

Emails can be migrated to AOL, Gmail, Yahoo Mail, Office 365, Thunderbird, Opera Mail, Live Exchange, Hotmail, iCloud, GoDaddy Email, HostGator Email, IMAP, Zoho Mail, Yandex Mail, and Amazon WorkMail.

Backups can be done all or incrementally to save space, and emails can also be backed up using filters, such as leaving emails on the server from or until a certain date.
