Dr.Web

The new version of the antivirus uses a completely new Dr.Web kernel with quite improved virus scanning. A new version of SpIDer Guard, which checks file handling on the fly on both work items and servers. There has also been a reduction in the size of the virus databases, notwithstanding that there are now new entries in the database containing descriptions of Spyware, Adware, Riskware etc.

Gives users a multi-level system of protection from a variety of malicious programs including Spyware, Adware, Riskware, etc. Now the heuristic control system thus modified allows the user to protect his/her computer against previously unknown viruses.
