DOSBox-X

DOSBox-X is an open-source DOS emulator for running old DOS games and applications that cannot run on modern computers and operating systems, similar to DOSBox.

Although DOSBox mainly focuses on running DOS games, DOSBox-X goes much further. It's also a platform for emulating the Windows 3.x, 9x and ME runtime environments and software written for those versions of Windows. In addition, it adds support for NEC PC-98 emulation so you can play PC-98 games with it.
With each official release, new features are implemented as well as providing a consistent cross-platform environment for users.

This is a complete DOS emulation package that is fully functional and easy to use.

DOSBox-X is multi-platform, so all major host operating systems are officially supported, including:

• Windows (XP or higher), 32-bit and 64-bit
• Linux (with X11), 32-bit and 64-bit*
• macOS (Mac OS X) Sierra 10.12 or higher 64-bit version*
• DOS (MS-DOS 5.0+ or compatible)*
