DMS S4/S5

DMS S4/S5 is a module that integrates directly into the environment of the Money S4/S5 economic system and replaces the basic "Attached documents" for your selected documents/objects. It can therefore be used to keep track of incoming invoices as well as contracts, including amendments, employee work documents, etc...

DMS S4/S5 has the following important features.
- FullText Search: detailed search including document content

- Versioning: one document can contain multiple versions (history)

- Links to other documents: you can link documents to each other

- Group rights: detailed settings and visualization of rights to folders, subfolders, etc...

- Filter rights: possibility to limit visible documents by filter on each user role

- Document keys: possibility to differentiate documents by attribute

- Document approval: only a user with an authorization role can approve a document

- Intelligent extraction of data from documents: the document automatically takes over the identification, Address/Change/Zip

- Intelligent display on Address/Cont/Chin/Zak: even if the document is linked to an invoice, I can see it under the order (if the invoice has this order set)
