Organiser for visually impaired PC users

The Diary program was created by USSOFT as an attempt to create a simple application for planning timed tasks. The impetus for its creation was an email from a visually impaired PC user. The brief was simple - no graphics, no unnecessary effects, just a strict and simple user interface. One that can be handled by a speech program that helps the visually impaired navigate the computer jungle. The basis of the program is a spreadsheet in which we write down planned tasks. The program then alerts us to these with an audio signal. The whole program has been tuned with the "speech program" WinTalker, which converts the written texts into phonetic form so that visually impaired PC users can work with it.The planned tasks are entered via a special panel, which provides perfect convenience in entering, using function keys for entering the date and time, etc. A great advantage of the program is the ability to enter repeated tasks in bulk, e.g. when taking medication etc. Simply enter one task, the number of repetitions, the interval and the program itself takes care of it for you. The program includes a detailed help that reveals all the possibilities of the program and its use.
