DAEX CUT BASIC

DAEX CUT BASIC is a great and powerful tool for production order management in smaller joinery and furniture companies. The program includes tools for pre-production preparation and a number of useful printouts for production, including optimization of cutting plans.

DAEX CUT BASIC v.9 fully replaces our best-selling DAEX CUT optimization product with a range of new tools and outputs.

DAEX CUT BASIC offers a comfortable and clear user interface and quick access to basic manufacturing information such as: bill of materials and cutting plan optimization including part listings for print assemblies, material consumption... Part dimensions are generated taking into account the thickness of the edge and its countability in the overall dimension. DAEX CUT BASIC operates as a stand-alone program or is offered with DAEX GENERATOR or TurboGENERATOR, with which it is fully interfaced and can thus provide instant information about the cabinet composition directly from TurboCAD. Already in the basic program DAEX CUT BASIC, the user can process the part down to the details of grooving or defining an angled cut, i.e. the data that the saw processes. In addition, drilling and milling program files for CNC machines can also be assigned to parts.
