CUT100

The CUT100 program is designed to optimize the cutting of rectangular cross-sections from rectangular sheets of material. Each cut is made edge-to-edge, taking into account the cut (i.e. the width of the saw) and optionally the structure of the cross-section and the board (e.g. the direction of the flight lines).

Special technological constraints are taken into account when drawing the boards:

• maximum length of a single cut
• table width for older types of formatting saws
• minimum cutting width
• trimming (formatting) of the board

In addition to the graphical diagrams, the program provides the following information:

• area of cross-sections (total for each board)
• circumference of cross-sections
• sticker length
• formatted (usable) waste (for each board and total)
• cut waste
• number of cuts required to cut the layout
• cut length

The program can print labels for the cut sections. The labels can be printed on a separate printer in any configuration.

The bin that is included in the program may contain materials that do not have full size (usable waste) on which the job layout will be started before the full boards are used. The intermediate stock is separate for each type (color) of board.

The program includes a Standard Assemblies Database, which facilitates the drawing of standard orders (e.g. furniture production): it is possible to include all standard pieces of furniture or other frequently recurring groups of cross-sections.

The program also manages the whole board stock in two optional modes: the normal mode, which takes into account the supply of boards and warns against drawing an order for which there is no material, and the consumption mode, which only indicates the consumption of boards.

Depending on the complexity of the job and the free memory capacity of the computer, the program can draw maximum 5000 - 10000 cross-sections per 1000 ? 50000 tables, which is a sufficient number for all known applications.

The number of board types and the number of cross-section sets are limited only by the computer's hard disk capacity. In practice, this means use without any limitations.
