CRM system is used to keep important information about partners and activities related to them (meetings, sales, service, etc.), products that are tracked by companies, tasks of employees and to keep other useful information (knowledge database, tracking of events, etc.). An overview of all company events (all activities or activities for a specified period)

The "CRM system" program is part of the ORAX enterprise information system.

Other options:
Quick search, selections, possibility to define any print reports, access rights, etc. Data is stored on the Firebird database server (freely distributed). Possibility of MS-SQL server, etc. The program can be demonstrated free of charge at the manufacturer's premises.
