CoolTick

A program for those of you who love stocks. It's a simple narrow bar where you can set just about everything - from the size, to the colors, to the information displayed. The bar can then scroll through the current price, time, daily change, highest value, lowest value and more. You can also set the update frequency or scrolling speed.

A newly added feature is also the ability to track your own portfolio using a manager called "Cool Porfolio". One of the great advantages of the program is that it is not installed, so if you add its small size, there is nothing stopping you from trying it out.
