Connection Meter? is a program to support all kinds of network connections. Connecting to the Internet via modem, CDMA, GPRS, ISDN, ADSL, WiFi and cable TV is more efficient with this program.

Connection Meter? extends the functions of Internet connectivity in the following areas:

• very effective protection against fraudulent redirection to toll-free numbers, the program protects against all types of dialers (i.e. not just the stupid ones)
• tracking, recording, processing of charges and total connection costs (instant information about the length and cost of the connection, records, statistics, reports, graphs, assumptions, search for the most suitable tariff programs, back-calculation of data, transferring it to other applications or to the log, billing for GPRS, ADSL, etc.)
• extension of basic network functions (disconnection based on price, time, after data download, tracking data flows through telco services and accounting for selected interface)
• advanced network functions (gateway for forwarding SMS messages via SMTP and WWW interfaces, automatic time adjustment on the computer according to the atomic clock via SNTP and TCP/37 protocol, checking of new mail, redirection of e-mail to the SMTP server of the provider through which the connection is made)

Connection Meter? is distributed in two versions. The unregistered one can be distributed and used without restrictions, it contains an advertising strip. If the user wants to expand the number of functions of the program, he has the option of registration.
