Complex TC Burner is a plugin for a popular file manager called Total Commander. It is designed to create high quality data CDs and DVDs. It can burn data discs in the following formats: CD-R, CD-RW, ISO files, DVD+R/W, DVD+R, DVD-R, DVD-R/W and DVD-RAM disc.
