Company's Portal is an application that aims to streamline work in the company and make information quickly accessible. Most of the modules are very narrowly focused for the needs of a specific company. The exceptions are the modules for organization records, invoicing, cash journal, basic simplified version of contracts, which can be very quickly customized for your company's needs. Contracts are enriched with a statement of work for individual employees or vehicles or, conversely, you can track the actual cost of a contract. Each contract also includes the option to save documents and files that are accessible to everyone, everywhere. Furthermore, you will find so-called alerts that are automatically generated for selected date items and forward a notification to the solver to solve the task by a certain date.
