CheckMail

The program has 2 functions.

The first one ensures continuous connection to the Internet (dial-up connection via modem and even GPRS), after disconnection it reconnects, when detecting the preparation for going to sleep mode it disconnects correctly, when waking up it reconnects, the second one checks the existence of new messages. I used the first function with the Data nonstop service (flat rate internet connection via GPRS), where there was a problem with connection after waking up from sleep mode - the modem could no longer connect unless it was correctly disconnected before going to sleep mode.

The second feature checks for newly arrived messages on any POP3 server. If there is at least one unread message, the tray icon changes (it also changes while the unread check is in progress), a beep sounds, and an information window appears, which also informs about the sender in case of one new mail, and the number of new mails in case of multiple new mails (this information is updated).
