CDex

A great tool to convert audio tracks to MP3 or WAV formats and create playlists. A handy feature is the ability to work with the CDDB database, thanks to which the program itself finds out the names of artists and tracks on the CD, so you don't have to list them manually.

The Czech language can be set in the Options - Select Language - Czech menu after installation.
