Capture One

A graphic program designed for professional photographers, but also for amateurs who want to improve the quality of photos directly from their camera and then save them in one of the supported formats.

The program supports almost most DSLR cameras (Canon, Nikon, Pentan, Olympus, Konica Minolta, Epson, Phase One). The user lets you share images directly from the camera, makes the desired adjustments and enhancements to them, and finally chooses which format you want to save them in. The choices are TIFF(RGB), TIFF(CMYK) or JPEG.
