The application is intended for processing of mail of the service of the Czech Post, s.p. called Business Writing. You will appreciate it if you send catalogues, offers, questionnaires or other mailings with identical content to more than 500 recipients. Through the process of automatic updating, the rules for processing mailings (sorting into "bundles", list of postcodes and printing outputs) are maintained and correspond to the codes of the Czech Post, s.p.

Main functions of the application:

• It is used for complete processing of business writing

• Performs bulk import of recipients from text files (*.txt, *.csv) or via ODBC drivers
• Checks the correctness of the address data of the entered addressees according to the current codebook of the Czech Post, s.p.
• Performs distribution of addressees into bundles in accordance with technological procedures and postal conditions of the Czech Post, s.p. for business writing
• Allows to export mailings to a text file
• Performs the necessary printing outputs:
  • printing bundles
  • print bundle list
  • print address labels
• Allows repeated selective printing of address labels, i.e. print only selected recipients
• Creates a new mailing by selecting part of the records from a set of completed mailings

In cases where business mailings with the same parameters are sent repeatedly, the application allows to create identical copies of the mailings, always with the assignment of the current date of execution.

Setup is used to install the software on your PC for the first time. If you use it to reinstall your existing application, you will lose all data and settings.
