Boxoft Image to PDF is a handy Windows application that can convert dozens of graphic formats such as TIF, JPG, GIF, PNG, BMP, PSD, WMF, EMF, PDF, PCX, PIC and more to PDF. It also supports converting images from HP scanners or digital cameras. Images can be edited in various ways before conversion is started, such as rotated, cropped, tilted, etc.
