bnrtool

BNRtool is a tool for extracting and creating Nintendo GameCube (.bnr) banner files. Banners are files that contain an image and text that are visible on the side of the disc in the Cube menu. BNRtool has two modes: extraction mode and import mode.

Extraction mode extracts the banner image into a TGA file and the banner text into a TXT file. Import mode creates a banner file from the TGA image and TXT file.

BNRtool is a useful tool for editing Nintendo GameCube banners. It can be used to extract banners from copy-protected games or to create custom banners.

- To extract a banner, launch BNRtool and select "Extract". Select the banner file you want to extract, and BNRtool will extract the banner image to a TGA file and the banner text to a TXT file.

- To create a banner, run BNRtool and select "Import". Select the TGA image and TXT file you want to use for the banner, and BNRtool will create the banner file.
