BitDefender Antispyware

BitDefender Antispyware monitors your computer and protects it from dangerous programs before they can attack the system. The application detects and removes these programs, using a permanently updated spyware database.

• Spyware Shield

BitDefender monitors locations on the computer where spyware can potentially run, it also checks for changes made to the OS. Known spyware threats and dialers are blocked in real time.

• Malware protection

Some viruses work similarly to spyware or can open a gateway for spyware. BitDefender finds and removes such viruses as part of its standard scanning process.

• Spyware detection and removal

BitDefender scans the system or part of it on demand (on demand) to find spyware programs. It uses a permanently updated spyware database to scan. A quick scan checks critical system data and currently running programs. In addition, the deep scan also tests the contents of all selected folders and drives.

• System Information

The useful System Information list provides information about the computer's startup and shutdown settings, information about running processes, system folders and other services. This system information can be changed directly through BitDefender if needed.
