AVCHD format allows you to play the same type of content that Blu-ray and hold in high definition (1080p), but on DVD5 or DVD9 media. It is an ideal solution for backing up Blu-ray with a much smaller size while maintaining high quality.

BDtoAVCHD is created with the idea of being very simple to use and getting the best possible quality in DVD5 media. To achieve this, it avoids unnecessary conversion and does not need AviSynth codec installation, ffdshow and Haali media splitter. The resulting recorded discs are compatible with almost any Blu-ray player and PS3.
