B:Soft HelpDesk is an intranet web application on the Microsoft platform for managing, recording and solving requests, especially in the IT area, but also in other areas such as maintenance. The application is based on ASP.NET technology (MS .Net Framework 2.0), Microsoft SQL Server 2005 is used as a database backend (the freely distributable Express Edition is also sufficient). The demo version deletes records older than 24 hours.

Note on installation: after copying to the web server, run the configuration at http:///setup.
