B:Soft DotNet HelpDesk

B:Soft DotNet HelpDesk is an intranet-based web application for managing, recording and solving requests, especially in the IT area, but also in other areas such as maintenance. The application is based on ASP.NET technology, Microsoft SQL Server 2005 is used as the database background (the freely distributable Express Edition is also sufficient).

Not everyone is a computer expert. When designing the user interface of the B:Soft DotNet HelpDesk application, considerable emphasis was placed on maximum simplicity, efficiency and clarity of the application. It is very easy to navigate through the application and enter a new request.
