AudioQuick Editor is a fast and easy way to edit audio, record, convert and burn CDs and DVDs!

With this tool you can copy, paste and delete selected parts of audio, adjust volume, insert pause, etc. It also supports conversion between 7 most common audio formats: MP3, WMA, AAC, MP4, WAV, OGG, FLAC.
