Artlantis Studio

Artlantis Studio is a stand-alone visualization program with its features and tools focused on architecture and design and its control is intended for architects, not professional visualizers. For the developer, Abvent, the main criteria for the quality of the program are ease of use, the shortest possible time for project setup and speed of calculation. The (physical) accuracy of the resulting renderings is also important, but this must not have a negative impact on the previous aspects. Therefore, Artlantis can be extended with the Maxwell Render plugin. Artlantis comes in two versions: Artlantis Render for processing static images and Artlantis Studio, which extends the Render capabilities with the ability to process animations and virtual panoramas.
Artlantis makes maximum use of monitor resolution, and the program's controls are designed to minimize the number of clicks required to access the desired function. The interface is fully standardized according to MacOS and Windows, it is based on one configurable working window. The so-called inspectors are grouped at the top of the screen, the lists on the left and the catalog at the bottom, the space for working preview is maximized. Artlantis is based on the original concept of an interactive preview window that updates in real time. The extremely fast computation method includes radiosity and raytracing. Working in Artlantis is fast and clear thanks to the system of saved views or scenes. A scene includes not only the camera position and settings, but also the date, time, light sources, background and layer combinations. The list of views is displayed as small thumbnails on the left side of the screen.

Artlantis is an independent visualization program that can work with projects created in various CAD/BIM programs. Artlantis has direct interfaces with ArchiCAD™, Revit™, SketchUp™, Rhinoceros®, Vectorworks™ and Arc+™. It works with DWF, OBJ, FBX, DXF, DWG and 3DS data formats via add-ons.
