Artisan

Artisan is designed especially for coffee roasters. It allows you to record, analyze and manage roasting profiles and automate the process to create roasting metrics and help make decisions that affect the final taste of the coffee. This requires a thermoelectric cell data logger or a proportional-integral-derivative controller (PID controller). Supports various import or export formats - HTML, PDF, SVG, CSV, JSON, Omega HH506RA, K202, K204 and RoastLogger. Includes mechanisms for smoothing curves, logging events during roasting (such as FCs, FCe) or generating reports on the roasting itself, production and evaluation.
