Ansifilter

Ansifilter is a tool for working with ANSI codes and commands. These are embedded in the text stream to add formatting instructions to the text. They are also interpreted by terminal emulators such as xterm or Putty. Ansifilter parses common ANSI codes to remove them or convert them to another text file format such as HTML, TeX, LaTeX, RTF, Pango or BBCode. It supports ANSI art files based on codepage 437 and ANSI.SYS sequences or BIN/XBIN files.
