ACS Slovník

A program designed to search for translations in the GNU/FDL English-Czech dictionary , which contains more than 87,000 translated words and phrases. The program is designed to take up as little space as possible. It is possible to use the floating window feature, which displays the translation at the cursor position when searching through the clipboard, so you don't have to take your eyes off the text.
